For my writing today, I wrote about Takahe. I did my research on Google, and I wrote everything with my own words. Here are 2 facts about Takahe that I learned:

  1. they are the biggest rail species on the planet
  2. there used to be a north island Takahē species, but sadly, they have all died out.

Speeches

Hello everybody! Today we had the speech finals in the hall.  The last 2 weeks our Writing groups have been perfecting our speeches.  I have linked in the rubric my teacher marked when I presented to the class.

I enjoyed writing my speech.

I did well at my expression.
